TEVO (The Europe Virtual Office)

TEVO is an initiative of the Europe Region of the US Assemblies of God World Missions to connect new resources to the many spiritual needs of Europe.

MISSION and VISION:

The mission of TEVO is to intentionally develop new connections for Europe's spiritual needs. It focuses on connecting untapped resources with spiritual needs in Europe to accelerate the spread of the Gospel and do so modeling the integrity of New Testament missions.

WHERE IS TEVO?

TEVO is everywhere it needs to be. Because TEVO is a virtual office, it is designed to have the tools that make connectivity possible without the traditional constraints of brick and mortar and geography.

THE HOW OF TEVO

TEVO is first an effort to connect personally with those who are open to doing things differently in missions. This includes face time, publications, special events, and whatever is necessary to connect with those open to change.

Secondly, TEVO uses the wide range of electronic means now available in crafted tool kits that help resources get to Europe's needs.

WHO DOES TEVO SERVE?

TEVO is not in competition with what already exists. Everything that can continue to flow effectively thru existing systems can and should do so.

The focus of TEVO is on that which currently doesn't flow well thru current systems or needs a new system in order to get to where it needs to be.

THE TEVO LOGO

The TEVO logo reflects who we are, what our mission and values are, who we understand our intended audience to be, and how we are to go about our mission:

  • Our font is not mechanical nor uniform; it has the look of being written by people for people.
  • Our color scheme and style is current; not connected with any political or ideological entity; we seek to connect with the world of today.
  • Our mission is to facilitate solid connections, as our logo demonstrates.
  • Our first letter is an intentional representation of the cross of Christ; we believe that's where authentic connection begins and must be our first concern.
  • Our audience:
    • Is not impressed by a heavy, institutional image.
    • Sees itself as capable of interpreting; therefore we are intentionally subtle with our logo.
  • Our logo is three dimensional, hinting at connectivity, electrical circuitry, mathematical signs, and other motifs; we are to be multi-dimensional, dynamic, and innovative as we fulfill our mission.
